Our client’s objectives
Our client, an international communications agency, wanted to:
Pre-test video advertising campaigns produced by our client (on behalf of a building materials retailer), and intended for tradespeople in the construction, renovation and home improvement sectors.
Needs
- Custom-program an online questionnaire (14 minutes long)
- Survey 75 tradespeople in the construction, renovation and home improvement sectors in France: electricians, roofers, plumbers, drywall installers, masons, etc.
Our support
Questionnaire
Program, as part of a Full Service Study, a bespoke questionnaire adapted to all devices (computers and mobile), with embedded videos:
- First, 1 Test video to check the compatibility of the device each respondent uses to take part in the questionnaire, and to ensure the image and sound work properly on it;
- Then advertising video clips (for a total of about 10 minutes of video), with a requirement for each respondent to watch each clip in full before answering the questions.
Fieldwork
Using our Panel, we recruited 75 volunteer respondents, working in one of the professions targeted by our client (electrician, roofer, plumber, drywall installer, mason, etc.).
