Recruitment of product testing participants

Product shipment:
- Verification of postal addresses: Checking participant-submitted addresses to ensure proper delivery.
- Package preparation: Definition of the testing protocol and detailed instructions for participants.
- Shipment of packages to participants’ homes or availability at our testing facilities in Paris, Lyon, Lille, and Birmingham, with participants retrieving the products on-site.
- Shipment monitoring: Receipt confirmation with participants and management of any logistical incidents (lost or damaged packages).
Data collection according to your desired methodology:
- Evaluation questionnaire: Design and online posting of a structured survey personalized to your needs.
- Home or online interviews: Conducting in-depth interviews directly at participants' homes or online to observe their interactions with the product in their environment.
- Bulletin Board: Setting up a forum where participants can share opinions, photos, or videos and discuss their experience with the product. They can also participate in collective discussions about the product or respond to questions collaboratively and dynamically.
- In-hall tests (CLT): Conduct sessions in-person in rooms equipped with essential materials: linear meters, tablets, table spacers, etc.
- U&A Questionnaire: Design and posting of a questionnaire to learn about participants’ consumption habits.
Throughout the process, you have access to a monitoring system allowing real-time tracking of the collected data. To ensure participant engagement and data quality, we provide continuous follow-up and remind them of the test guidelines via SMS on the day of the study. Follow-ups are made if necessary to ensure an optimal participation rate.
Delivery of results / Compensation:
- Results provided in the format of your choice, for example: raw data and/or flat data tables, cross-tabulations.
- Export of verbatims (with optional recoding) and media.
- Management of participant compensations.
- Retrieval of the product if necessary.
