Our remote tests offer flexibility and precision, while allowing you to reach your users wherever they are :
- Unmoderated Remote Tests: your prototypes (Maze, Figma, ...) are integrated and shared with your target audience. The user completes tasks autonomously, and we analyze their actions and paths.
- Moderated Remote Tests: a moderator accompanies the user and observes their interactions in real time. We provide you with our On-Qual platform for conducting these interviews, enabling navigation recording and allowing your observers to watch the sessions via streaming.
- Custom questionnaires: card sorting, heatmaps, and other tailored methods adapted to your needs, distributed through our panel to identify areas of attention, clicks, and friction.
UX tests in a lab :
For more immersive studies and direct user tracking, in-person tests take place in a professional environment fully equipped in our studios in Paris, Lyon, Lille, or Birmingham :
- User Tests: our studios are equipped to record navigation on mobile and PCs, with cameras, microphones, and one-way mirrors for discreet observation.
- Workshops and collaborative sessions: brainstorming, co-creation, and UX workshops in our rooms equipped with whiteboards, interactive boards, and Post-it notes to stimulate creativity and participant engagement.
Readable results to facilitate your analysis:
Depending on the chosen methodology, we provide you with the appropriate deliverables: raw answers, simple tabulations, cross-tabulations, verbatims, video extracts, etc. These elements will allow you to highlight friction points, areas for improvement, and the main conclusions from the tests. Thus, you have a comprehensive and actionable vision to guide your decisions and optimize user experience.
