All applications received via the form above or directly by email, as well as all associated documents (CVs, cover letters, candidate messages, etc.), are stored in a dedicated digital file accessible only to the HR department of MIS Group and the managers of the relevant departments. This file is hosted on a secure server in France.

Spontaneous applications and applications for job openings may be retained for up to two years after receipt, unless otherwise requested by the applicants, if we believe it may be useful to contact them regarding future job opportunities.

As an applicant, and in accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to access, modify, and delete your personal data held by us. To do so, you may submit a request at any time by sending a simple email to recrutement@misgroup.io in order to:

• Access your personal data held by us;
  Please send an email with the subject line: Recruitment – access to my personal data.
  We commit to providing this information within 30 days of your request.
• Modify/update your personal data held by us: please send us your updated CV, which will replace the previous one.
  Please send an email with the subject line: Recruitment – update of my personal data.
  Your previous CV will be deleted within 30 days of your request.
• Delete your personal data held by us and withdraw your application.
  Please send an email with the subject line: Recruitment – deletion of my personal data and application.
  We commit to deleting your data within 30 days of your request.

These procedures apply to all applications, whether for permanent, fixed-term, work-study, or internship positions.
