Processing applications

All applications we receive are stored on our dedicated email address and on a secure OVH server (in a computer folder called "HR recruitment").

Apart from certain exceptions, all applications for a position are deleted from all media within 48 hours of closing of the recruitment process.

In situations in which we find it worthwhile keeping an application (containing the messages and the CV of the applicant with their last name, first name, contact details, professional experience, qualifications, and possibly photo and date of birth), we inform the applicant by email and ask for their authorization in writing (consent).

As a candidate, and in accordance with the current regulations, you have the right to access, modify and delete personal information about you that we have at our disposal. You may therefore send us an email at any time to, in order to:

consult the personal information we have about you; which we will send you within 48 hours of your request;
modify the personal information we have about you; in this case, we ask you to send us your current CV to replace the previous one (the latter will be deleted immediately);
delete the personal information we have about you, and therefore withdraw your application.

Our procedures apply to all applications, whether they are for permanent, temporary, alternating or probationary positions.
