Mystery shopper recruitment
- Writing or reviewing the recruitment screener: developing a detailed questionnaire aimed at selecting participants according to the study's defined criteria (demographic profile, shopping behavior, visit frequency, etc.).
- Distribution of the recruitment questionnaire to our targeted panel.
- Option of phone-based verification and profile validation: telephone contact to confirm participant eligibility, engagement, and reliability.
- Quota management: monitoring quotas to ensure optimal participant representativeness according to the study's needs.
Organising your mystery shopper visits from start to finish
- Writing the mission protocol: detailed description of the scenario to be enacted, the elements to observe, and the behaviors to adopt.
- Communicating instructions: sending instructions by email and/or SMS to selected participants.
- Individual or group briefing (by phone or video conference): session to ensure clear understanding of the mission and address any questions.
Data collection and field tracking
- Designing the evaluation questionnaire: creating and launching a structured, customized questionnaire based on your needs.
- Publishing the questionnaire on a platform accessible to participants after their visit.
- Follow-up with participants on the day of the study to remind them of the mission, and post-mission follow-ups to collect questionnaire responses.
- Post-visit interviews (optional): qualitative discussions with some participants to deepen insights and better understand feedback.
Throughout the fieldwork, you have access to a monitoring system allowing real-time tracking of collected data.
To ensure participant engagement and ensure high-quality feedback, we provide continuous follow-up and remind them of the mission to be completed on the day of the study, ensuring an optimal participation rate.
Delivery of results / Compensation
- Results provided in the format of your choice, for example: raw data and/or flat data tables, cross-tabulations.
- Export of media, retrieval, and transfer of photos, videos, audio recordings, and purchase proofs.
- Management of participant compensations.
