  • Follow-up with participants on the day of the study to remind them of the mission, and post-mission follow-ups to collect questionnaire responses.
  • Post-visit interviews (optional): qualitative discussions with some participants to deepen insights and better understand feedback.

Throughout the fieldwork, you have access to a monitoring system allowing real-time tracking of collected data.
To ensure participant engagement and ensure high-quality feedback, we provide continuous follow-up and remind them of the mission to be completed on the day of the study, ensuring an optimal participation rate.
