Our client, a major hypermarket retailer, wanted to:

Survey residents in the catchment area of one of its hypermarkets, located in the municipality of Freyming-Merlebach (57)

Needs

  • Custom-program an online questionnaire (lasting 7 minutes)
  • Interview 170 residents in the catchment area, based on a list of municipalities provided by our client

Questionnaire

Program, as part of a Full Service Study, a tailor-made questionnaire, with a pleasant and seamless design for respondents, and suitable for all devices (computers and mobiles)

Fieldwork

Using Social Media (Facebook and Instagram), we recruited 170 volunteer respondents living in the hypermarket’s catchment area (in the municipality of Freyming-Merlebach and a few surrounding municipalities). Respondents were recruited through sponsored and tailor-made Social Sampling campaigns carried out via the Meta platform.

Deliverables

Delivery of results in 2 formats:

  • Raw data in Excel
  • Online dashboard with a breakdown of the sample by socio-demographic criteria, and frequency tables and charts for each question: the dashboard was accessible from the 1st day of fieldwork, enabling our client to track response collection and results in real time
