Our client’s objectives
As part of the ongoing evolution of its booking website interface, our client – the French leader in rail transport – wants to test different prototypes with relevant travelers in order to assess their understanding of these changes and optimize their user experience.
Needs
In this context, the client calls on MIS Group to recruit respondents who take the train and are used to using its website or booking app (or competing websites/apps) to test these prototypes.
Process Redirect study (or “Sample Only”) between MIS Group and the client
The prototypes are programmed by the client on the Maze platform. Our teams support them in setting up the redirect links between MIS Group Panel sites (respondents’ starting point), the Maze platform (prototype testing platform) and, again, MIS Group Panel sites (respondents’ return point).
During the tests on Maze, participants complete comprehension tasks. Their navigation is recorded via screen recording.
Our support
Screening
In addition to the DataPoints available on its members on the “Travel” topic, MIS Group puts a screener online to verify each participant’s profile and identify the target they match in order to send them to the right prototype.
When a participant is eligible for several targets/prototypes, MIS Group sends them to the least-tested prototype to ensure balanced testing.
Tests
Our teams ensure the technical functionality of the redirect links between the sites/platforms in order to provide respondents with a smooth, fully functional journey through to the end.
Fieldwork
The Project Manager manages the sending of respondents and the necessary actions (Targeting, eMailings…) to achieve the client’s objectives while meeting timelines and any quotas. Throughout the fieldwork, a Community Manager is also available to provide technical support to participants and enable them to complete the prototype test.
Summary
The responses are recorded by the client. MIS Group handles the compensation of respondents validated by the client (who have completed a full test correctly).
