- We recruited all the mystery visitors in 5 days in order to carry out the visits in the 10 points of sale selected by our client.
- Regular follow-up was carried out to ensure the process ran smoothly.
- Photos were sent as we went along, along with a report written by each participant to express their impressions and observations.
- Participants paid for a service to carry out these mystery visits. After receiving proof of purchase, we reimbursed and compensated them with an additional 10 euros.
- The results were sent to our client.
