Strict control prior to studies
Before offering our panelists to you, we carry out several strict checks on their profiles. We verify their geolocation relative to their IP address, detect possible duplicate IP addresses, and implement anti-bot measures.
Comprehensive verification processes
If one of our panelists displays an atypical profile, their account may be temporarily blocked. To unlock it, a code is sent by post to the address listed on their account.
Quality control during the fieldwork
Once your fieldwork is launched, we continue to monitor the reliability of our panelists by, for instance, incorporating consistency questions within the questionnaires or analysing response times. These actions allow us to assess the quality of answers provided by each panelist.
