Satisfaction surveys
At MIS Group, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction. We support you in optimizing and programming your satisfaction surveys (simplified formats, quick results, etc.). We host your occasional or permanent surveys, on Panel or Client File.
Barometers or Multi-wave Studies
Whether simple or complex questionnaires, we program and host your barometers and/or multi-wave studies, allowing you to reuse them year after year.
Thanks to our proprietary Panel, we can guarantee the exclusion of all or part of respondents between multiple surveys or, conversely, specifically re-survey panellists over consecutive waves.
Longitudinal studies
Our teams assist you in conducting your longitudinal studies, even the most complex ones.
Our proprietary Panel allows us, if necessary, to ensure the sustainability or total renewal of the interviewed sample from one wave to another.
Our teams also support you in carrying out your longitudinal studies on Client File.
Pre-Post Advertising Tests
Measure your brand's awareness and/or test the impact of your advertising medium (print, audio, video, etc.) upstream and downstream of your campaign.
Our proprietary Panel allows us to ensure the exclusion of respondents between pre and post-tests or to specifically re-survey the same panellists to measure the campaign’s impact.
Monitoring and deliverables
For all your long-term studies, we provide tracking and real-time visualization tools (Monitoring and/or personalized Dashboard). We can also develop dedicated custom platforms.
Once the wave is closed, or the study is complete, and after strict quality control of the data, the results are delivered to you in the format of your choice: raw (Excel, SPSS, etc.) and/or aggregated (cross tabulations, statistical tests, graphs, and potential analyses).
